a homely and clean stay
friendly receptionist spacious room useful facilities
douglas welcomed me warmly at reception he was very friendly. i was actually surprised upon entering the room. it was very homely very clean and very spacious with all the facilities needed for a relaxing break. i appreciated the hairdryer in the drawers and the iron and ironing board in all corridors this was a great idea.
i noticed breakfast was not provided this was disappointing. i had to find alternative arrangements for morning meals. this impacted the convenience i expected . better communication about breakfast availability would improve the experience.

super clean rooms near winter gardens
central location room fan easy access clean room
i loved the hotel's central location near the winter gardens and shopping area it was so convenient the room had a fan which was great the temperature was just right i had easy access to food transport and the beach everything was super clean and tidy
the walls felt quite thin i could hear some noise from other rooms it was a minor issue though

the hotel is close to many attractions it is only a short walk to the tower and promenade accessing the main sights is easy. The area felt safe and secure with good transport links nearby.

excellent location clean room clean area friendly staff
i found the location excellent. my room was very clean. the communal areas also looked very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the shower cubicle was a bit small for me.

breakfast was worth the extra money. (especially the pancakes!). the hotel offers a decent selection of branded tea and coffee.
